Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 10, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of lemongraph(the “Service”). By accessing the Service or signing in with Google you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Accounts and sign in

We use Google sign in to authenticate you. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

What the Service does on your behalf

lemongraph runs agents that pursue work for you over days or weeks. To carry that work forward they act in your Google account: sending mail as you, applying labels, archiving messages, and creating, updating and cancelling calendar events. You are responsible for what your agents do under your account, in the same way you are responsible for mail you send yourself.

Agents are software and they get things wrong. Review the work that matters before it goes out. You can require your approval before an agent takes an action, and we recommend leaving that on for anything that leaves your account.

Your data

You keep ownership of your mail, your calendar and everything else you bring to the Service. We use it to run the Service for you and for nothing else. What we collect and who processes it is set out in our Privacy Policy and our sub-processor list. What we can and cannot reach in your Google account is set out on our security page.

We do not sell your data and we do not permit our providers to train generalized models on it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineer or copy the Service except as permitted by law.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its content and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Third party services

The Service relies on third party services such as Google. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms.

You can leave at any time. Revoking our access in your Google account stops agents immediately, and deleting your account from Settings erases your data on the timeline described in our Privacy Policy. Deletion is not reversible, so export anything you want to keep first.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
